About the department
Diabetes API Metrology & Maintenance is part of Diabetes API Business Support and has overall responsibility for measurement technology, calibration and maintenance of insulin production in Kalundborg. You become part of a department with 24 dedicated employees who set the direction and optimize across.

The Maintenance Department develop and implement strategies, systems, procedures, standards and tools for optimized maintenance planning, monitoring, execution and documentation. We use globally known systems like RCM, SAP and different condition based monitoring techniques.

Qualifications
– Technically skilled student
– Knowledge of asset condition monitoring techniques
– Interest in implementing and optimizing the Maintenance process
– Pro-active approach

Information about the internship:
– Start from August / September 2019
– Working hours: Flexible (37 hours a week)
– Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows
– A Danish full-time work permit is required
– The job ad will be closed, when the post has been filled, no later than: 2019.07.01

The production equipment is utilized to a higher degree which requires increased reliability and a world-class maintenance process. Your job is to optimize the reliability by mapping equipment and systems with high impact and define the right maintenance strategies and activities including calculated savings and uptime. This includes involvement of internal and external stakeholders to address areas where new technology can be successfully implemented. New technology can be, but is not limited to, e.g. ultrasound, vibration analysis, motor testing, VR etc.
